Attorney Max Simmons is a Dean's Fellow graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law where he won numerous awards in trial practice, representing clients, oral advocacy, and legal scholarship and writing. Max also won the prestigious Dean's Award, given to one graduating student each year.

            Prior to joining the Law Offices of Diane Polan, Max worked for nearly a decade with community organizations, state government and political campaigns. Max is a member of the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and is admitted to both the Connecticut and Federal courts. Max has practiced in more than a dozen courts across the state, representing clients in both criminal and civil rights matters.
